Watsco Center allows clear bags only. Bags must be 12″ x 6″ or smaller.
Is Smoking Allowed?
The University of Miami is a smoke-free campus. Smoking of any kind is prohibited at Watsco Center.
What is the Re-Entry Policy?
There is NO re-entry into Watsco Center.

Is First Aid Available?
There is a First Aid Room located on the lower level under section 119.
Does the Venue Have a Lost & Found?
All lost items are brought to the Secuity Office. The item is tagged with the location found along wit hthe date. Items will be held for 30 days and can be picked up at the Security Office. Please call 305-284-8209 to see if your item has been found.
What's the Alcohol Policy?
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into Watsco Center, and may not leave with it. Alcohol may be served at select adult oriented concerts and events. Florida State laws prohibit the consumption of any alcoholic beverages by any persons under the age of 21. We will refuse service to anyone without proper identification.
Are Children Allowed?
All ages are welcome. Ticket policies may vary by event. Any relevant information will be on the website event pages. All strollers, carriers, and car seats must be checked upon entering the building.
